after just a few hours, your head starts to hurt

Kits: 1. Hometown: Biddeford, Maine. Heard about us: Google. Duties: Cavalry/Recon Ops. Current Pads: Issued GI pads. Comments: I know I am using a stateside address, but I deploy in the next few weeks. I heard about your program and think what you do is awesome. My last deployment was spent with 12 hr missions near everyday in Kandahar. Living in your helmet with the current pads they issue is a joke. after just a few hours, your head starts to hurt and you just want to throw the thing away. This deployment had the potential to be the same. We will be a ready reserve unit, being able to be in Iraq in a matter of hours. I understand the need to limit your program to deployed Soldiers so if you would prefer to send to an APO I understand. Again, I think your program is amazing and important as it is geared towards our safety and not just our comfort. SPC, US Army
