Pads are not comfortable

Kits: 2. Hometown: Sonora, Ca. Heard about us: An NCO. Duties: Train RTU, constant field exercises/ Maintenance. Current Pads: Issued, foliage green, NSN on large round pad: 8470-01-546-9415. Comments: The problem with the issued pads: – pressure can be felt from a single pad throughout the day eventually causing headaches – constantly having to adjust the chinstrap as the pads warms and cools Note: I did read you guys only send kits to deploying or deployed units and completely understand if you can not send them here, however my current units mission is to train RTUs (Rotational Training Units) before deployment. This requires us to be in the field quite a bit for up to 2-3 weeks at a time every month. Our ACH is our most used piece of gear while out in “The Box” Thanks. SPC, US Army
