Kits: 7. Heard about us: Referred by Oregon Aero. Duties: Specializing in long range reconnaissance and long range eliminations. I am an infantry scout, longer harder road marches and lurking in holes for up to 3 weeks at a time. Current Pads: Standard issue grey ones, I have no idea what they said on them. The outsides are almost completely rotted, we have glued them along the sides to try to keep them together, we have to wear our helmet for an unholy amount of time during our missions some. Comments: The plastic bags inside of the hard foam encapsulated padding system we are issued is both HARD and very non form fitting to our heads. Our helmets now have some large micro chipped sensor in the crown pad area that crunches into the top of our heads. They aren’t absorbent nor breathable. Will turn into head cookers in the summer when it reaches 120degrees easily.. SPC, US Army
