Kits: 2. Hometown: Odessa, TX. Heard about us: Friend. Duties: Security/Infantry. Current Pads: Grey, hard foam pads. Comments: Our current pads have put a bad strain on our heads. LCpl, USMC

Kits: 1. Hometown: St. Augustine FL. Heard about us: Friend. Duties: Heavy equipment operation/ augmented security forces. Current Pads: Glued, smooth, pad advanced combat. Comments: I am required to wear my combat helmet during all operating events (typically no less than six hours a day) I find that the helmet causes sever headaches and a large amount of discomfort. I know that my fellow Marines feel the same way and spend hours a day fatigued and have difficulty keeping with the task at hand. I’m looking for any thing that can improve the discomfort caused by the standard pads without sacrificing safety. CPL, USMC

Kits: 1. Hometown: Las Vegas. Heard about us: Blog. Duties: Electronic Warfare. Current Pads: I have the original pads that were issued with my ACH (horrible). Comments: Headaches, itchy areas where contact occurs, horrible fit. I’ve cut my pads in half (sort of like a bagel) to make them feel and fit more efficiently. CW2, US Army
